Alaa obtained his Business degree & LLM from the U.K. and brings over two decades of expertise in international real estate investment, development, and construction to the Maebrook management team. Alaa has served in various executive roles for BST Group in Israel, currently as the CBDO, a role which allows him to expand the company’s investments abroad; he is also the President and CEO of BST Canada, a subsidiary of the Group which owns and operates various properties in Canada
Alaa has directed numerous redevelopment projects that have created substantial increases of the property’s value; his track record demonstrates his ability to identify and execute profitable opportunitiesHis experience extends beyond Israel and Canada as he has also procured lucrative real estate deals in various European markets including Germany, Romania, Poland and Georgia.
Samer is involved in all aspects of investment acquisitions, financial analysis, due diligence, and transaction structuring. He also handles all aspects of property management and operations.
Samer is a qualified CPA, CA. He graduated with a Specialized Honors in BAS Accounting from York University in 2006 and attained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2008.
In 2012, he graduated from OREA Real Estate College and became a Registered Sales Associate. He has been involved in the real estate and development industry since 2008. Prior to that, he was a Senior Auditor at KPMG LLP in the Enterprise Audit Practice
